Allelys are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for both their employees and every other person that interacts with the organisation.
Allelys have a fully integrated written management system for Health, Safety, Quality and Environment. Allelys have adopted the modern approach of “Plan, Do, Check, Act” and demonstrate continual improvement.
Allelys management system is implemented by our own qualified team of managers. It is highly regarded and is accredited to the ISO standards, 9001 and 14001, as well as OHSAS 18001.
The system is regularly subjected to the toughest scrutiny by outside parties including customers, the accreditation body and also the Achilles UVDB and RISQS models for accreditation. Allelys equipment is also subjected to rigorous regular inspections by Bureau Veritas.
Allelys engineering team implement safety features at all levels throughout their design process, and Allelys Heavy Haulage Division is accredited to FORS. Allelys are also a member of ROSPA, and are constantly looking for ways to initiate improvements in the workplace.
Allelys entire fleet is Euro 5 compliant – producing the lowest emissions, with the latest upgrades moving to Euro 6. In addition, the entire General and Heavy fleets are LEZ compliant.
Recycling is at the heart of our business, with procedures in place for everything from tyres, steel, aluminium, paper and cardboard. Allelys Head Offices are powered by solar panels and heated by an air source heat pump. The truck wash uses recycled rain water from our own in house designed system, and interceptors are installed in the ground to ensure that no contaminants can ever enter the watercourse.
Allelys have an extensive on-going training policy for all of the workforce. Many have accreditations to CSCS, CPCS, NPORS, and many have NVQ’s in their relative fields of operation.
Quality is a key component of our management system, and customer care is paramount to us.
